Maneesh Baheti
Maneesh is a career hotelier whose work experience includes leadership roles in The Oberoi Group and Hyatt International. As a Management Trainee at The Oberoi School of Hotel Management (O.C.L.D), He mastered every facet of hotel operations later serving as the General Manager responsible for the successful turnaround of Trident Hilton Bhubaneswar 2005.
His strategic lens was further sharpened as the Director of Marketing for Hyatt Regency Delhi, where he successfully steered the Hotel through the tough phase of SARS in 2002. Beyond operations, Maneesh is a dedicated educator, having taught CRM at NIFT Delhi and Entrepreneurial Management at FHRAI Institute of Hotel Management.
As the Founder Director of the South Asian Association for Gastronomy (S.A.A.G), he has created a common platform for the subcontinent's culinary legacy.
Sonali Anand
Sonali brings a global, cross-sector perspective to Haute Services. Her career spans a decade across International Banking, Software Sales, and Social Development.
With dual international master's degrees from Bournemouth University (UK) and Euromed Marseille (Kedge University France), she possesses a rare blend of tourism governance and NGO management expertise.
Her diverse experience includes serving as Country Sales Manager for Malaysia-based FCS Computer Systems and acting as a consultant for the United Nations.
